Headed in the Right Direction

Holy moly could spring actually have arrived?  I’m loving the warm temps and am praying they are here to stay!  Looking forward to a nice weekend spent outdoors working and visiting with friends.  But first.... Friday.

Despite my anti-bride antics and fears that I’m failing my own wedding plans, I did a few things right this week.  One, my wedding invitations came in.  They are simple, but perfect considering that most wedding invites will find their way to the trash sooner or later anyway.  I am also actually thinking about addressing them nicely by hand.  Have you ever searched “addressing envelopes” on Pinterest?  Because it’s pretty unreal.  I’m planning on keeping mine pretty simple for fear of being the postman’s worst nightmare.  We have a tough enough time getting mail to come to our own house as it is.

If this made it into the right mailbox, I'd consider it a miracle.

Two, I applied for my passport.  One step closer to actually planning the honeymoon we’ve been dreaming of.  It should be booked soon, so stay tuned.

Take me to some sort of paradise.  Location TBD.

Three, I finally got to attend one of my fiance’s games this week.  (He’s a high school coach.)  It was a really close game and they won by one run in the last inning so it was truly a nail biter.  Even more exciting, his team remains undefeated and my team spirit is growing rapidly.  If only I didn’t work so far away and could get to more of them...

Coaching 'em up!

Four, I’m 3 days in to T25 and am loving it so far.  I’m interested and energized by it and it’s actually a lot more manageable than I thought it was going to be.  I’d imagined dying during workouts and barely being able to walk the next day, but that hasn’t been the case.  I might even be able to add a round two on some days in the future.

Must keep going.

Five, happy weekend.  Now go enjoy the start of spring!

  5. Wedding planning gave me palpatations, so we eloped, haha. You seem to be doing way better than I did! I want to try T25, but haven't decided to break down and buy it yet. Maybe I'll find it on Craigslist ;)

    1. Yea I'm lucky that I'm doing it with somebody that had already bought it. I'll admit I never tried it in the past because it's expensive.
