As I sit here on this Thursday night watching the I Heart Radio Music Awards, my inner dreams of being Britney Spears are rekindled and I’m pretty sure I just developed a mad girl crush on Ariana Grande. She definitely has some work to do on her dance skills, but she reminds me of a young Mariah or Mya. Anyway, it’s safe to say I’m going to have a tough time going to sleep with these kinds of performances on. Now onto my top happenings of the week....
First, we had a mild landslide in Baltimore this week courtesy of the torrential downpours. No, it was not anywhere near my house, and I realize that we truly have dealt with nothing compared to those in other parts of the country. Regardless, this video is pretty wicked. Be sure to watch the last 15 seconds. Unreal.
Second, my fiance and I booked our honeymoon this week! We will be staying at the Excellence Playa Mujeres resort in Cancun, Mexico and I am beyond excited. A few of our friends also stayed there for their honeymoons and loved it, so I know we won’t be disappointed!
Third, I got to visit with some very good friends Tuesday evening for a semi-impromptu, no-reason-at-all wine night. Actually, there was a reason... I was going to bring over my friend’s son’s first birthday gift, and then forgot it at home! Oh well, just a reason to get together a second time ;)

Fourth, T25 is still going strong and this week I started a butt focus as well. If you missed it, be sure to check out the exercises I’m working this week. Our men will thank us!
Fifth, May, one of my favorite months of the year, is here! So many activities coming up, my only goal is to stay healthy and able to enjoy all of them. Here are some of my favorite things spring to get your month started off right!

ReplyDeleteI love the pic you have for the squats.. it makes me think of Mean Girls.. and how many times I want to watch it this weekend... but, it also reminds me that I need to raise that thing behind me (my butt!)
I know isn't it?? And then I think about the really big ones that cover towns and how scary that must be. So sad.
