ONE.
As if my Fit Little Bride workout obsession wasn’t enough, I’ve now gotten my first piece of everyday marriage inspired gear. Who knew I’d become such a sucker for it? These bride-to-be marketers have me wrapped around their fingers is what they’ve done. But, it’s cute right? Find it at Mindy Mae’s Market or right now on Jane.com!
TWO.
On Tuesday night, I chaperoned my color blind fiance to pick out tuxes for the wedding. Turns out every single tux out there looks the same. Do you want white or black buttons? Peaked lapel or regular lapel? Does anyone care or even notice?? I can’t. But he looked smashing and I’m sure his men will too!
"Ah, I've always loved the french cut cuff," said no one ever. |
THREE.
I took a day off from exercise today. Know why? Because I did it for SEVEN days in a row, that’s why!! Heck yes! Go me! Finally starting to feel some progress and super excited to get back at it tomorrow after work. Friday night at the “bar”; bikini bod or bust!
FOUR.
My fiance and I celebrated 4 years together this week. We are still not entirely sure when our anniversary is due to some miscommunication issues early on, but that’s a story for another day. Long story short is we’ve decided end of March was ballpark around the time we made things official. So this weekend we’ll be celebrating our last anniversary before we pick up a new date and start all over!
FIVE.
I’ve decided to start participating in Erin’s 1800 Minute Challenge as added motivation to keep up myself on the road to fitness. It sounds simple and motivating, and a great way to team up with other women and keep each other inspired! Go to the link and sign up, or just follow along on IG/Twitter with #1800minutechallenge. Can’t wait!
Bridal marketers are genius right?!?! I wanted to buy everything with BRIDE ON IT! Rock it out lady.

DeleteLove the wifey shirt - there are so many cute ones out there!! Congrats on getting 7 workouts in a week -that's amazing! I'm pretty sure all men just can't see colors the way women do haha! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

I agree, and with the floral in the lettering, I see some many possibilities for ways it can be styled.
Deletethat is such a cute tee! i admit, i fell hard for all the 'bride to be' things as well, my fave was a tank from etsy that said 'sweating for the wedding' - loved it! have a great weekend :-)
ReplyDeletehaha I never thought I'd be that girl, but dang it, I'm totally into it.
DeleteSo funny about the tuxs! My hubs thought the same then when we went shopping. He's like listen, I don't care. I just want simple, affordable, and tan. Period. It was cute :) I love that wifey shirt too! I wanted everything with bride on it and now I feel like I'll never use it again because I'm not the bride anymore! Silly huh?! Haha. Yay for your anniversary! We still "celebrate" our dating anniversary just because it marks such a special time and new beginnings! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeletehaha I know that has definitely crossed my mind, but I also figure this is the ONLY time in my life I'll be able to wear it, so I don't want to miss out on it!
DeleteI ordered that same shirt like 3 weeks ago, and finally got an email on Tuesday that they shipped it! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteReally?! I must have ordered mine off the same deal bc that's when I ordered mine but I got it last Sunday. Maybe they had a lot of orders! Btw, I passed that Praxis test!!!! Almost time to start being the squeaky wheel again! ;)
DeleteThat wifey shirt is awesome. Love, love, love it. And yay for 4 years ... congrats, you two lovebirds! Thanks for linking up with us :)
ReplyDeleteAww thank you April! And thank you for hosting :)
DeleteLove the tee! ADORABLE!! <3

That tshirt is adorable! And I completely agree about the tux thing. I thought I'd have a huge opinion on tux options, but when we got there I thought...does it really make a difference what buttons we choose? So I basically let D pick everything and I was happy with it. lol.
